Day 3: Three French Hens

elennielIt's Arashi day! Featuring Arashi, Matsumoto Jun & Ohno Satoshi.
[ And I should probably not keep posting at like 1 or 2 AM... Especially when I have to wake up early for work or church. But then... I don't have much time to post during "sane" hours. Okay, I had some time today. But I spent most of it watching MMA #50 with my dictionary in hand and Firefox open to a romanizer and an online dictionary. Watched it once last night, but missed out on quite a bit because I didn't refer much to the dictionary. (This is the trouble with watching raw videos and not really knowing the language... But I'm learning!! Slowly. :P ) ]
Anyway. Whether for good or for bad, there are going to be more Arashi days in this Wallpaper SP than others. ^_^;; I can't help it... There are SO many high-quality photos of them out there (thanks to all the kind souls who scan them are insanely high resolutions and upload them) that I can't resist making more and more wallpapers!
Then again, I think I've just proved to myself that in some cases, it's possible to make nice pieces out of things as low-quality as video screencaps.

Sakura Sake
The text there reads Oshiete, Arashi! (Yep. I did that on purpose. Couldn't resist referencing that corner of theirs on Shukudaikun... After all, "Teach me, Arashi" totally fits with the PV's theme of having the guys as schoolteachers. :P )
I just wish I had HQ pics of the guys in this PV. (Especially MatsuJun! ♥ but I suppose
A Day in Our Life
I think I took this from a magazine spread (it was two images, which were fortunately easy to join, having no cluttered background and simple black outfits) that was titled "The Days of Our Lives" or something like that... So I named it for that song of theirs (which is lately growing on me a little. Some parts of it, anyway).

Couldn't decide which of these I liked better - with the extra embellishment in the background, or just plain. They give off slightly different vibes... But both of them mainly give me this calming feeling. And I find this a somehow not-so-common expression of Jun's - in photoshoots at least. It's just... Peaceful?

Riida... Looks very good in his outfit for his Rain solo. I really like that white jacket + black shirt + jeans combination on him. Pity he doesn't wear that sort of look more often.

- All are at 1280 x 1024 - because that's what fits my screen.
- The watermarks / sigs. They're there because I've had my stuff stolen before (a Bleach wallpaper) and I don't take well to that sort of thing....
