Because I have too much free time.

Yea right.
More like, half my time now is spent rendering (testing the light setup for the 3D scenes) so I've nothing much to do during that "waiting" period. So... I'm gonna talk about random stuff. hahahah

Music and stuff...
My "Music" folder totals 11.2GB. Anime-related music that are elsewhere in my hard drive comes to 3.63GB, bringing the grand total to 14.83GB.
Major statistics:
Grand total of music = 14.83GB
Tenipuri music = 2.13GB (largest amount for any anime; and this is with some music that I don't listen to much burned out into CDs somewhere - the next closest is One Piece music at a mere 848MB. haha)
Christmas music = 1.5GB
J-Pop = 1.9GB (RAG FAIR - 167MB, Arashi - 418MB)
Soundtracks (movies and J-dramas, e.g. HanaDan) = 3.2GB
My collection of music videos is growing slowly too... Mostly J-Pop music vids. Hahah... I have a few English-language ones, of course, but not many. Favourite ones are A-Teens' Halfway Round the World and Westlife's Uptown Girl. I kinda like Christina Aguilera's latest Candyman vid for the whole 50s/retro feel, but can't say I care for the lyrics... That's the thing about western music vids... Either the lyrics put me off, the music puts me off, or the concept puts me off. Or maybe I'm just underexposed to western music vids. hahahah
As for the J-pop PVs (what does "PV" stand for anyway?)... V6's Feel Your Breeze is one of my favourites - because I liked the compositing work. Really good, clean green/blue-screen work. Arashi's Sakura Sake is cool. Was funny to see Arashi as teachers. lol. Other favourites:
- RAG FAIR's Shiroi Tenshi ga Orite Kuru. Another one with nice compositing. Love the concept of RF 'floating' in the streets. Until now I still can't figure out where the wires and supports that would have suspended them from the ceiling would have been attached. Logically I know where such wiring should be, but I just can't seem to see any hint of it. And it perplexed me so because the cameras go 360-degrees around the guys... Great compositing, I call it.
- Arashi's latest We Can Make It. Really liked the simple concept using the five coloured lines throughout the video. Nice transitions... Especially when it went from being just five lines running across the background to suddenly becoming stairs for Arashi to walk down on at one point.
- RAG FAIR's She Side Story. I love the relaxed, holiday/beach feel of this one. Pleasantly relaxing.
- Crystal Kay's Konna ni Chikaku de. There was just something about the flow of it that I liked. :D
- FUNKY MONKEY BABYS Lovin' Life. (Sometimes these J-Pop groups have the weirdest names... Maybe the weirdest I've heard is that Endlicheri guy...) The nostalgic, graduating-from-school feel appeals to me now. hahahah...

Then there's
Anime and Manga
Bleach - Never mind the anime... The manga! I wonder what Grimmjaw wants Inoue to do... And how will Ishida overcome Zaeruapollo Grantz? I thought the latter looked like a maniac when he yelled, "A QUINCY?" I could almost hear the mad professor laughter...
One Piece - Slow. :/ K-F is doing a fair job, but since I've seen Gerusama's subs on the current filler arc, I'm just downloading the eps and not really watching them. Waiting for the Water 7 arc to start! Manga's okay... The whole Thriller Park island arc is really a little creepy at times. I want to know what happened to Sanji!
Tenipuri - Er. I still don't know what's up with Atobe's hair. And I want Rokkaku to win this food challenge because the poor chaps haven't really won anything.
Lovely Complex - I thought the manga was cute (pity Eternal Blue hasn't released a new chapter in a long while). The live-action movie was quite funny. Koike Teppei is good-looking in the 'cute' kind of way. Like Seto Kouji type. hahah...
The anime... I downloaded episode 1 after discovering that Risa's seiyuu is Okamura Akemi (Nami in One Piece) and minor character Suzuki is voiced by Tsuda Kenjirou (Inui!). Okamura Akemi suits the part completely! I found it funny that both Nami and Risa are redheads with fiery temperaments. hahah
And talk about Kansai-ben overload... First I have the entire lot of the Vizards in Bleach apparently talking Kansai-ben, and then here's LoveCom with the entire cast gabbling in Kansai-ben. Kinda fun. :P
Saiunkoku - hm. Not much update here I guess. Season 1 finished, and season 2's begun (no subs yet though). I so felt like strangling Shuurei at the end of season 1. Argh. To be so hung up on Sakujun when there's Ryuuki - or Seiran even!! *rolls eyes*
Eyeshield 21 - The manga's still in the middle of the Ojou game. I still think it's not half as exciting as the Shinryuuji match somehow... But I find Hiruma and Takami's scheming on either side funny. "Black Takami mode." LOL.
Slam Dunk - re-read this the other week, starting from the Shoyo game. Ah loved it. I still can't decide who I like better - Mitsui or Fujima. hmm...

and
J-drama
Haken no Hinkaku - Finished watching the series, though I'm pretty much clueless on the last 5 episodes without subs. It was so-so on the whole I guess. Shirotan looked good in it. XD
Seito Shokun - Argh. My torrent's stuck! Stupid internet connection...
HanaDan 2 - At least this time it wrapped up better than season 1. eheh... And seeing whats-her-name as Umi (the girl who acted as Misa-misa in Death Note, I forgot her name) was interesting. At least she looked a little less psychotically obsessed.
