elennielIt's been a bit of a bad day, so to cheer myself up by feeling like I'm actually of some use, I'm sharing wallpapers. ^^ (I'm reminded of what Yoko said in his greeting at the 8UPPERS con: "I'm not really talented, but one thing I can do is make you happy.")[Poll #1802461]

I like to leave space for desktop icons. (After all, wallpapers should be practical too. haha)
And it took me a really long time to trace the pattern from the 8UPPERS card scan in vector format... but it kind of pays off since I can now use it and scale it to any size. *cackles* They make for nice "work-safe" fan wallpapers I think. ^_^
Edit: #6 has no 1280x1024 version. Just FYI. ^^

These days my prevailing feeling is that poor Maru doesn't get enough credit or attention from the fans. Perhaps that'll change after WILD 7? haha
Edit: I just realised that I inadvertently arranged the five thumbnails above more or less in order of colour. 8Db
Also, random other things - I rather like how the green of the Hina piece goes with the green of the Maru one. The Ryo wallpaper is currently adorning my own desktop (because I like yellow and rarely manage to make/find a yellow wallpaper that isn't blinding, and because it just has a calming feel that I need these days ^^ )

#1 and #2 are Yoko, Tacchon and Ryo (I just really liked the colours of their clothes, though I wasnt too keen on the way they styled Yoko), #3 is Yoko and Baru. :D

- This time I've abandoned my usual habit of watermarking the wallpapers, but the credit lines still remain. Please do NOT remove the credits or re-post my wallpapers as your own. If you'd like to share them with others, just share the link to this LJ post instead. :)

Edit: Oh, and because I cannot remember if I already commented on your scans posts or not, I just wanna say a big, huge THANK YOU for sharing scans from 8UPPERS and other recent albums/singles. (As you've probably already noticed by now from the credits on the wallpapers, the scan from which I traced that card was yours~ :Db)
